Transportation and Drink/Drugged Driving

October 1, 2018 By admin

  • Drink driving
  • Drugged driving
  • Serious Crash
  • Alcohol interlocks
  • Limited (work) Licenses for all classes
  • NZTA problems?
  • Commercial Vehicle matters (including Log books, Transport Service Licencing ‘TSL’ goods or passengers endorsements).

As a NZ transportation lawyer I specialise in drink and drugged driving law matters. I know the process because I assisted in drafting the evidential process documentation for the New Zealand Police. Where the Police have departed from the process, I will find it. Conversely I will be up front with my advice to you. If you have little prospect of success – I will tell you and advise the best course of action.

David Pawson, is located in Te Puke, Tauranga, offers his transportation-related law services for the Bay of Plenty /Waikato. This also includes commercial transport licences (TSL), applications for Inspecting Organisation (IO)and other dealings with the NZTA including appeals against decisions of the NZTA.

If you require a drink driving lawyer or a lawyer for any other traffic or transport matter, get in touch with me.

David has achieved good outcomes for clients  anywhere from avoiding imprisonment to getting charges withdrawn or dismissed. He also has achieved discharges without conviction if there are sufficient grounds (consequences of loss of career/employment/travel).

Our fees are reasonable and competitive. We offer a ‘fixed fee’ model for most cases we work as opposed to hourly rate (we don’t do 6 minute units!). See our terms and conditions . Pawson Law also accepts credit card payments if you need help fast.

We believe in good communication with our clients, so we do not charge you for phone calls.
